Owner
Tim is the owner and operator of our Pet Stop locations and takes a hands-on approach to every aspect of the business. He works closely with our technicians during installations and supports our trainers with the GentleSteps™ training program, ensuring every pet and owner gets the best experience possible.
Christy
Owner
Christy is Tim’s wife, and she specializes in finances and digital marketing. You won’t see her, but she holds our company together like glue! Tim and Christy have a German short-haired pointer named Reo.
Amber
Customer Service Specialist
Amber specializes in serving our customers and keeping everyone happy — including us! She has one dog, a four year old Beorbole named Harlee Mae. In her spare time she likes to tend to her garden and hang out with her chickens.
Jillian
Trainer
Jillian has been a dedicated part of the Pet Stop team for six years, helping families and their dogs with expert sales and training. She’s passionate about making the training process easy and enjoyable for both pets and their owners. When she’s not working, she loves spending time outdoors with her dog, Ophelia, a three-year-old Australian cattle mix, and enjoying life with the newest addition to her family, Saylor.
David
Technician
David is one of our service technicians, and he has experience working with Pet Stop fences for more than two years. He has a Staffordshire Pit named Mia. If you have a body of water near your house, chances are you’ll find David fishing there right after he installs your fence!
Zach
Technician
Zach is a certified GentleSteps™ trainer who loves working with dogs and helping them learn their boundaries. He has three of his own—a black lab named Asher and two Shih Tzus, Zoe and Maggie. When he’s not training dogs, he enjoys playing disc golf and spending time outdoors
