Although our equipment here at Pet Stop is high-quality and reliable, there are some factors out of our control that can cause problems. Here are some of the most common issues we hear from our customers pertaining to their receivers. The receiver is the small unit that your dog wears on their collar.
Common issues
The receiver is not detecting the signal from the boundary wire
Make certain that the transmitter is turned on and transmitting a radio signal.
Make sure that the receiver has been fully charged and that the diagnostic charging base went to solid green.
If you have checked all of the above and the receiver is still not working, please contact our customer support. Call or text us so we can take you through the full troubleshooting and warranty process.

DO NOT adjust the number on the transmitter. That will not increase or decrease the level of the collar.

The receiver is going to Solid Red when placed on the charging base
